HOURLY PAY RATE is $21.16 Paid weekly. 

• Bimbo QSR is a commercial bakery facility that produces bun/bread products to quick serve restaurants and distributed throughout the US.
• All new trainees will be training on multiple different shifts (either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and will work some weekend days. 
• Bimbo QSR requires that all associates follow mandatory safety protocols 
• Trainees generally work 40-48 hours per week with the possibility of some overtime.
• There are two facilities (Airport and EastPointe) and sanitation trainees could work at either facility.
• All trainees can bid on Full Time positions (position, shift and pay rate) after successfully completing the 60 days probationary period. Full Time bids are awarded to the successful bidder by seniority and qualifications.
• Uniforms are provided after 60 days.
• Trainees will be trained on all areas of sanitation, shipping, and production.
• Physical requirements consist of: Lifting and carrying 50lbs, standing for an entire shift, bending, stooping, squatting and climbing stairs/ladders. Must be able to work around heights and some positions require the ability to operate a forklift safely (Certification Test is required)
• All new trainees are evaluated and must successfully complete the 60-days probationary period. This includes being dependable with excellent attendance, perform all jobs safely and be an engaged associate willing to learn.
• You must join the Bakery, Confectionery and Tobacco & Grain Miller Workers International Union Local no. 57 and will have to pay a $100 initiation fee in the first 60 days and then $42 per month union dues.
• Medical/Dental/Vision insurance benefits available if you meet minimum hour’s requirements the first of the month following 60days.
